I think geese can make a home anywhere. I wouldn't be surprised to see one camped on the side of a mud puddle.

Your photos of the geese are so cute... they look to be having a wonderful time with the new grass growing and the water to paddle in.

I adore Canadian Geese!! We have flocks and flocks of them here in Northwest Washington state. They always know how to pose for the camera!! What a fun 'drive by shooting'!!! ;)

Do you go over to Canada and do your shopping? When I was there 1975-77, Canadian $ was stronger. US grocery was cheaper. Canadians in Windsor drove across to buy their grocery.

In face the rest of Canada treat Windsor as a US town.
