I know some people who never planted anything before for me they missed the best therapy in life. My garden is not the same garden you can see in the front page of a garden magazine but it brings me joy and happiness when I am around with my flowers and vegetables. Something in the beauty of nature that makes us happy, not the same feeling we experience when we are at the mall he. My project this fall was to replant the mums that I bought in store. Some people tend to throw them away or just let them stay in the pot but not me I took them out and replant them and with the help of Miracle-Gro All Purpose plant food my flowers, shrubs and vegetables give a good produce. Last year I planted three kinds of mums and this year I was excited to see the color of the mums I planted last year. Of course, I forgot what color they had so when fall came and they started to blossom I was very happy.  I promise myself my mums this year be re-planted and not be thrown away.

The first time I know about Miracle-Gro plant food is from my stepson. We were planting ever green and he told me to put plant food and water in the hole we dug. Now I could tell the three evergreens we planted is growing well healthy and huge now for a matter of four years it is very big now. In addition, one site that I keep on visiting for more inspiration is the Gardenieres. I found this site very helpful for me and it gives me more ideas on what to do with my plants and what to plant the next season. Couple's Corner: Jealousy

So it's another couple's corner meme once again and this time it is all about jealousy. I am thinking of the 8 years that I have known my hubby (2 years of chatting, 1 year engaged, 5 years of marriage) wala namang grabeng nangyari sa amin in terms of jealousy but ONCE and will tell the story later so hang on hehe. I am the kind of person who trust a person without any doubt, even with friends what you see is what you get but if you broke that trust I would never care nor look at you as in talagang wala na. But in marriage pala we can't just say "that's it" or "this is it", we have to listen to one another and trust again and  again and again. It's yellow

Six more weeks and it will be Spring wohooo!! By that time I am kind of busy scratching (like a chicken) trying to find sprouting plants specially tulips and some other early plants and flowers on the ground. This year I am excited to see my dahlias, peonies and hollyhocks blossom once again. Last year I took a shot of my first ever Dahlia and never expected to see a humongous one. The saying "expect the unexpected" is what I  remember when I saw my first Dahlia. This picture is the bud, ain't that huge already. The other day when it starts to warm up (25F that's our warm or heat wave here in MI lol) the snows on top of the roof started to melt, so it formed  long icicles. I so then thought of taking a picture for macro shot. When I saw the result in my camera the light from the window came out yellow, a great entry for MELLOW YELLOW MONDAY !! ^_^
