Facebook No More

Since I am far away from my family (live in the Philippines) I was happy Facebook is born. So I created an account for my nephew and nieces. My brother was into it too and because of that I could chat them when I see them online. Or we shared photos. Facebook does make family connected even if we are thousand miles apart.
But then, nephew and nieces add to their account their classmates or friends at school. From the beginning I didn't mind but I noticed that there are bullying around. I even have to report some to Facebook authority and I deleted a lot of my nephew and nieces so called "friends". I told them I do not like these and that kid because the mouth is foul and I do not like the photos that are being tag. I was happy because they do not care as long as they can play the games on Facebook. Last week, I was very surprised because I saw a PORN photos on my nephews Facebook page. I was furious at the same time feel guilty because I was the one who make them an account. I then contacted my brother to talk and put a punishment to my  nephew by allowing PORN photos on his page. In the end, the decision is no more Facebook until he get mature enough and responsible to  use social network sites.

Couple's Corner: Jealousy

So it's another couple's corner meme once again and this time it is all about jealousy. I am thinking of the 8 years that I have known my hubby (2 years of chatting, 1 year engaged, 5 years of marriage) wala namang grabeng nangyari sa amin in terms of jealousy but ONCE and will tell the story later so hang on hehe. I am the kind of person who trust a person without any doubt, even with friends what you see is what you get but if you broke that trust I would never care nor look at you as in talagang wala na. But in marriage pala we can't just say "that's it" or "this is it", we have to listen to one another and trust again and  again and again. I look as jealousy or selos as like a flame  that keeps the fire from BURNING HOT!! bwehehehe!! -wink-wink- Hubby is not a jealous type nor I (well not much). It's yellow

Six more weeks and it will be Spring wohooo!! By that time I am kind of busy scratching (like a chicken) trying to find sprouting plants specially tulips and some other early plants and flowers on the ground. This year I am excited to see my dahlias, peonies and hollyhocks blossom once again. Last year I took a shot of my first ever Dahlia and never expected to see a humongous one. The saying "expect the unexpected" is what I  remember when I saw my first Dahlia. This picture is the bud, ain't that huge already. The other day when it starts to warm up (25F that's our warm or heat wave here in MI lol) the snows on top of the roof started to melt, so it formed  long icicles. I so then thought of taking a picture for macro shot. When I saw the result in my camera the light from the window came out yellow, a great entry for MELLOW YELLOW MONDAY !! ^_^
